Pregnancy Yoga

During these nine months many physiological changes occur which profoundly affect a woman's body, emotions and mind. Yoga works on all these levels helping to maintain health and balance throughout this time of change.Yoga is used to strengthen, tone, make space and relax, and offers specific training of the muscles involved in giving birth.
Breathing contacts the abdominal muscles developing a healthy core during and beyond pregnancy.
Posture improves and continues after birth. You will feel fitter and rested and have better gynaecological health in later life.
